Scope of Inspection

The inspection includes a visual evaluation of the following accessible areas and systems:

  • Structural components, including foundation, floors, walls, ceilings, and roof structure (where accessible)

  • Exterior components such as roofing materials, siding, trim, flashing, windows, doors, decks, and grading

  • Interior areas including walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, stairways, and railings

  • Major systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling (weather permitting), water heater, and installed appliances

All inspections are visual and non-invasive. Components that are concealed, inaccessible, or not installed at the time of inspection are excluded.
