Purpose of a Draw Inspection

Construction draw inspections are designed to:

  • Verify that construction work is substantially complete for the requested draw stage

  • Document visible progress with photos and written observations

  • Support lender draw requests or owner payment approvals

This inspection is not a full home inspection and does not evaluate all systems or components.

What We Inspect

The scope of a draw inspection is limited to the specific draw phase requested by the client or lender and may include visual confirmation of:

  • Site preparation or foundation completion

  • Framing progress

  • Roofing and exterior installation

  • Mechanical rough-ins (as applicable)

  • Insulation or drywall stages

  • Final completion items (as requested)

Inspection scope is based on the draw schedule or lender-provided checklist.
